Urgent Home Support

We understand that many older people find it difficult to physically get to Doctor's offices!

We solved this problem by extending our Home Support service to selected retirement villages, anabling regular assessment and intervention critical to preventing illness deterioration.

As such we arrange supervised Medical Officer rounds enabling swift transfer to Specialist care for all applicable Patients, crises management, facilitated admission to hospital, acute medication, applicable special investigations, and devising a multi-disciplinary treatment strategy.

Initial assessments performed by our Medical Officers and supervised by our Specialists are free.

Once seen by a NEUROCARE Specialist most Patients on Medical Aid will qualify for free PMB Support, a National program which likely protects up to 15 Specialist visits annually, 21 days in hospital when required, and all necessary tests such as brain scans and blood tests (even if just on a hospital plan).
