We understand that some emergencies just can't wait!

At NEUROCARE we aim to address the national crises of unacceptable waiting lists by introducing same-day Out-Patient Clinic appointments made possible through supervised Medical Officer and Psychologist Emergency Clinics which enables swift transfer to Specialist care for all applicable Patients.

Emergency clinics focus on crises management, possible admission to hospital, acute medication, applicable special investigations, and devising a multi-disciplinary treatment strategy.

Emergency Clinic Patients gain immediate access to all NEUROCARE Services at the minimal cost of R1200 payable on the day of consultation.

Once fast-tracked to a Specialist most Patients on Medical Aid will qualify for free PMB Support, a special program which likely protects up to 15 Specialist visits, 21 days in hospital when required, and all necessary tests such as brain scans and blood tests (even for those on a Hospital Plan only).
